    I was surprised to find such a good deal on a porch swing. Assembly was simple. There aren't any directions, just a picture. There was one piece that could have gone two different directions. I had to guess and then remove the piece because the picture didn't clarify if the support went up or down. It turns out that I had it upside down on my first try. I am very handy and skilled at assembling furniture, and I had this one issue. I imagine that someone that is not as comfortable with furniture assembly would be frustrated by the lack of detailed instructions. Other than this one minor issue, the swing appears to be of good quality and sturdy. Time will tell how it will hold up.

    The design of the swing is very attractive. I was very excited to get the swing. I read all the great reviews before I purchased it. The swing was delivered fast and free shipping, which was great. The assembly was easy enough. My twelve year old son helped me put it together. We hung it up and he sat on it to swing, and unfortunately the two wood braces under the seat cracked immediately. My son weighs 80# so I was VERY DISAPPOINTED that it broke within 3 minutes of having it assembled and hung. Now I have to take it all apart and have a call tag for a return. I was really shocked that the swing broke so easily. It may have been just one of those things that can happen, but I am not willing to invest any more of my time to replace it.

            Delivery was very fast.
            Product arrived in good condition.
            Had to contact customer service for product defect. They replied within 24 hours. Offered a discount to keep broken swing, not interested. Now waiting for response as to how to return it. I have not heard anything as of 24 hours of last response, but it is Easter weekend, so hoping I will have it all taken care of by next week.

              This swing is great, and especially at this price. I originally wanted to purchase the same swing in white, but they were sold out. We planned to spray paint, but the color is great with our house color. It's not at all like the color in the picture, which is sort of a cream. It's more of a light gray, really nice. We love it!
