The lightweight frame of the chair itself is made of rust-proof aluminum with a robust powder-coat cover and is then covered in honey beige woven resin wicker. Resin wicker looks and feels like traditional wicker, with the added benefit of being resistant to moisture, wear, and insects. The optional stand also features the same powder-coated aluminum construction, and includes a heavy-duty extension spring for smooth swinging.
Both the toss and bolster pillows are foam-filled and covered with an outdoor canvas fabric that's designed for outdoor use. The bolster pillows are a vibrant striped pattern, and the toss pillows feature a bold floral print. These pillows are water-resistant, and the bolster pillow's covers are zip-off and machine-washable. Should you choose to purchase this set without the stand, the chair can be hung from a tree or support beam. We recommend you discuss the best way to hang this chair with the good people at your local hardware store. Each of the pillows and cushions coordinate with the rest of the Jubilee Outdoor line, so if you wanted to add a daybed or papasan, you can easily keep that outdoor style going.

1. They gave me the shipping range time was 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The time I got it was 5:30 PM. Since it required signature, so I had to wait until the delivery. 2. I couldn't proceed the procedures based on the assembly instructions in the box. There was a hard wood stuck tightly on the top of seat base which make inset the support bar impossible. So I called the customer-service. The guy on the phone asked me to email the photo to him. So I did what he said, unfortunately there was no response back. So I emailed the photo to customer-service again for answers. Then I got 2 different instructions from 2 different people (one asked me to call customer-service and arrange the return label for 5 big boxes, the other asked me to try harder to take the wood out). I was then called the customer-service for clarification. The 3rd person said he will contact me when he has the answer. Guess what, I haven't heard anything from them yet. My advice to you is : If you want get help from customer-service, good luck on that.3. Finally, my friend who is a handy-man to help me to get the wood out and assembly the chair for me by using his tools. However, the material of the product is cheap - don't feel stable/firm and secure when sitting on the chair (it's shaking when you move the support bar). For spending [$] (including shipping) with this poor quality and no service is totally not worthy.
