The gummy paint finish stuck to the inside of the cardboard box and the arm pieces were put on upsidedown with the rough side showing and the smooth side underneath; I will have to sand and refinish the arms so they match the rest of the swing; otherwise it is pretty to look at and very comfortable.

After much on-line shopping and knowing exactly what I wanted ordered the Royal English Deluxe Garden Swing, 5 ft. in gold. I had a concern with ordering the gold shade as I wanted a soft pale yellow which is what the color swatch indicated yet, it was labeled as gold. My order entry representative called the factory and was able to determine the swing was an actual shade of buttercup - perfect!
It arrived with all the bolts, screws and chain you will need to assemble and hang. If you want a spring that is not included but we easily located in our local hardware store. Also, a nice container of matching paint was included.
It is a quality piece which assembled in about 30 minutes. I could not be happier with the order process all the way through to receipt, in about 7 days, to installation. I would not hesitate to recommend this company or product. If you are like me and wanting a soft, pale yellow then the "gold" swing will be for you!

Received within 1 week with ground shipping.
Looks beautiful unfinished.
Missing holes so was confusing to get chains connected. Although it doesn't state it- chains are included but not spring nor hooks for hanging
Appears very sturdy with solld wood. Happy so far but waiting for contractor to complete assembly and hanging. Don't want to mess anything up.
