Ordered the swing on Tuesday and received it Friday morning. Had the swing assembled and ready to go a half hour later. All parts were in the box and assembly was easy.

Easy to put together and all the parts were there, just what we were looking for to hang outside in an oak tree and then move out to hunting camp during the season, quick delivery and no maintenance needed, big enough for two!

This is a very attractive and comfortable swing. We assembled it and discovered it had a defect in one of the drilled holes for the bolts. Tried to find other bolts that might fit at hardware stores, but failed. Ordered another swing and sent the other one back. Customer service at Hayneedle is outstanding, and did everything possible to make it right. Now have a beautiful swing in the yard to enjoy for years to come. You will not be dissappointed if you purchase this swing!
