This product is only good for an 8 foot ceiling. My porch has 10 foot ceilings and you cannot buy extra chain. [...] could not find a manufacture to go back to for extra chain so this product must be made overseas somewhere. No retailer in my area has comparable chain so I will have to buy different chain and try to paint it to match if I can. This swing seems to be a well built product but a pain for anything except standard ceilings. Very frustrating!!!

I am impressed with the swing itself, a very good item for a very good price and you just can't beat the shipping cost.... FREE! I did not order the additional hanging hardware because I was not sure what or how much hardware was included with the initial swing itself, and I am glad that I did not, as everything but the tree was included. Although, one support tube on the swing is missing a weld bead, I was able to repair and paint on premises. Voile`, I'm swinging in the rain, only because it is raining here today. Thank you, Hayneedle.

This swing is perfect for my patio. The design is beautiful and it sits very comfortably. It was very easy to put together and I am not a mechanical person. Only draw back the paint was scratched in several places so it will need touched up. Otherwise it was perfect.

Swing began to rust @ 8 months. Disintegrated and fell apart @ 10 months. 90 day warrantee so no replacement. Caveat emptor.
