It is suggested that you hose off fabrics monthly with clear water. Always allow fabric to air dry. Ideally, bring swing inside when not in use for longer durability.

Poor Example of A Swing

We bought this swing as a replacement for 1 of 2 that we already have. We could not find replacements for the canopy and seat cushion which had become very worn on one of them. The 2 canopy swings that we have are extremely comfortable. This one is like a hard bench!!
If it weren't such a hassle to take this thing apart and repackage it - I would send it back in a heartbeat.
If you're looking for a canopy swingset to relax in and be comfortable - this is not the one to buy!!!!!!!

I was surprised how nice this was. I did have to use my own tools to put it together as the tools they give are really hard to use. Other than that, it looks great and is very sturdy.

This is my second Tortuga Cay swing. My old one (in the same color) has served me for about 4 years. I kept it on the open porch in a very windy location. It was a little bit light and has been turned over by strong gusts, so I had to chain it to the railing. Otherwise, it was comfortable enough for two (though, when I purchased the first one it was labeled for three). The green 'powder' paint has started shedding particles after the first month and left green stains (easily washed off) on hands if touched. Finally, seat material (not the soft pad) split in two places at once. By that time the canopy had a lot of wear on fringes.

Very easy to assemble. Great design, nice large canopy. It was a little smaller than I thought it would be and it could be a little more sturdy, but overall a great swing!

Q1: Can a person buy the canopy and cushion replacements?
A: We do not sell individual or replacement parts separately for this product at this time.
Q2: What is the basket material like under the cushion?
A: The underside of the cushion has a basket weave metal support system.
Q3: WHAT IS NATURAL BREEZE CANOPY MADE OF and DO YOU SELL REPLACEMENT CUSHIONS AND CANOPIES?
A: The canopy is made of polyester and we do not sell replacement cushions or canopies.
Q4: Do you sell the swing separately?
A: We do not sell the swing for the Tortuga Cay Canopy Swing separately.
Q5: One seat cover side has a 2" seam from the bar - does this side of the cover go on the seat or the back? Also, should the canopy tilt to the back or the front?
A: The area with the 2 inch space of fabric, should be on the back portion. The canopy should be tilted towards the back.
