The Great American Woodies Cypress Mission 5 Foot Porch Swing has a lengthy, welcoming seat that is simply irresistible. Unfinished, the natural beauty of this cypress wood gives this swing its own distinctive look. Plus, the unfinished construction lets you decide the final look. With a lengthy 5-foot design, there's plenty of room to relax. This swing features smoothly sanded edges and rustproof, zinc-plated screws and hardware that will stand the test of time. To add extra comfort, purchase our custom cushion at the checkout.

Chain sections are 7 feet long (84 inches). From the top of the chain to the inverted "v" is 4.5 feet long (54 inches).

Please Note: The custom cushions for this swing are ALZ156 5-foot cushion and ALZ157 4-foot cushion. These can be added to your purchase at check-out.

Cypress is all but indestructible. It is a close grain wood that resists checking and warping and it is long-lasting as well as weather resistant. Cypress can be easily painted and holds paint longer than other wood. If you choose to paint this product, you should use an exterior oil-based primer (white or gray) followed by an exterior oil or latex paint of your choice. If you choose to have the product remain natural, you should apply a natural oil-based stain or preservative annually or as needed. Note: Cypress is a dense wood and the drying process may take several days depending on humidity and temperature. Small cracks called weather checking may appear in the wood. This is a natural process and will not affect the useful life of this product.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty is given only to the original purchaser (the "Buyer") of this new garden furniture (the "Product").ﾠ Richey Industries, Inc. warrants that the Product will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service as long as the Buyer owns the Product.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED:

Damage caused by or resulting from shipping, product misuse, abuse, neglect, harmful chemicals, improper assembly or maintenance, or accidents.
Normal weathering or wear and tear (Normal weathering is defined as exposure to sunlight and extremes of weather, including atmospheric pollution and acid rain, which may cause any surface to fade or change color, warp, crack, or acquire dirt or stains.)
Damage resulting from the modification of the Product from its original design.
Damage to the finish of the Product.
Damage resulting from the use of the Product for or in connection with a commercial purpose.ﾠ (The Product is intended for personal, family, or household purposes only.)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

Keep a sales receipt, canceled check, or payment record to verify your purchase.
Maintain the Product in accordance with the specifications provided to you with the Product.
Retain a photocopy of all information provided to Richey Industries in connection with a claimed defect in the Product.

CLAIMS PROCEDURE:

The duration of this warranty is limited to claims arising and made in writing to Richey Industries during the period that Buyer owns the Product.ﾠ To report a warranty claim, the Buyer must either call the telephone number below or send a letter or email to the address below.ﾠ The Buyer must also provide proof of purchase, a photograph of the defective Product, and an explanation of the claimed defect.ﾠ Richey Industries will either repair or replace the Product or replace the defective part or portion of the Product, at the option of Richey Industries.ﾠ Richey Industries reserves the right to discontinue or make changes to the Product.ﾠ If a Product covered by this warranty is not available, Richey Industries will have the right to substitute a product, that in Richey Industries' sole discretion, is of equal or greater quality and similar appearance.

Any Product returned to Richey Industries without prior written authorization will not be accepted, and Buyer must pay the shipping costs.

This warranty extends only to the Buyer of the Product; this warranty will automatically terminate upon any sale of transfer of the Product by the Buyer

IN NO EVENT WILL RICHEY INDUSTRIES BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF BUYER.ﾠ SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
