Okay, my husband is deployed so I had to figure out the instructions. They only give you a diagram. After the inital confusion of how to get the glider brackets on, construction was a breeze. 1hr total time. My tip is USE the STABLIZING BOLT to put your cams in. Really helped out bunches. And a flash light to make sure you are lining up the bolts with the cams. It was well stained and protected. Undamaged. The kids and I love it. Thanks.

I have a few comments about the glider I purchased. For what I paid, I'm not disappointed, but I had to make some improvements for this product to function properly. First, it came in with the main u shaped pieces that go on the left and right side with both pieces loose. They are attached with four metal plates with wood screws in them. The screws were stripped when it arrived. The assembly wasn't terribly hard, but after it was assembled, it made horrific noises when sitting and gliding in the chair. This was due to the loose side pieces, and it's basic design of wood on wood without any dowells or additional screws. I then took every joint apart and put exterior wood cement between every joint. I also removed all sixteen screws from the u side pieces and drilled the holes through. I then bought some long 8-32 machine screws with washers and nuts and re-attached the pieces together to add strength. After re-assembly, the glider is 100% quiet, and works like a dream. I feel that with a few minor improvement this could be a great product, but as is out of the box, not so good.

This Glider was purchased for the end of my front porch and it fits perfectly with enough room to get around the sides. The glide is good and it is comfortable. It is a nice piece of furniture and adds quite well to my porch. I am sure I will uses it for many years.
