The Garden Single Glider goes through an extensive finishing process to ensure that you receive a product that will look great for years and years. The base coat of this glider is applied via electrophoresis. It is dipped in a tank of special Electrophoretic paint solution for about one minute while an electric current is run through it. The positively charged pain particles are drawn to the iron inside and out. The glider is removed and hung to drip dry. It is then run through an oven and baked for about 20 minutes at high temperatures. Finally, it is powder coated and baked a second time. The end result is an extremely durable and weather-resistant finish that will continue to look like new season after season.
