About the Hinkle Chair Company
For over 170 years, the Hinkle family has been making quality hardwood furniture in the same location in Springfield, Tennessee. Between the 1950s and 1990s, they focused almost solely on the production of rocking chairs due to high demand for their quality rockers. Love the swing. Looks beautiful on my screened porch. Paint job not so great. Few areas were missing paint. Wish I had bought this one for outside instead of the other one I ordered and was unhappy with. The chain is not as strong as it should be. Will have to replace it but otherwise I love this swing.
